Praktikumsbericht / -arbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Interkulturelle Pädagogik, Note: bestanden, Universität Osnabrück (Erziehungs- und Kulturwissenschaften), Veranstaltung: Einführung in die Interkulturelle Pädagogik, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Unter Anleitung des Teams um Frau G. und Herrn L. durfte ich in diesen Tagen mehr mitnehmen als nur Wissenswertes über das Judentum. Aber dazu später noch mehr. Zunächst wurde den Schülern (7. Kl.) der Film „Willi wills wissen – Das Judentum -“ im Kino gezeigt, um sie an das Thema Judentum heranzuführen. Die Atmosphäre unter den Schülern war sehr hektisch und unruhig. Herr L. ergänzte den Film noch um einige Details. Anschließend konnten die Schüler fragen stellen. Dies geschah zu meiner Überraschung sehr munter. Die Schüler gaben sich neugierig, beobachtend, erstaunt, offen für Neues, fragend, diskutierend, verwundert. Es wurden sachlich korrekte Fragen gestellt, aber auch banale, wie etwa, ob die Vorhaut nach der Beschneidung nachwachsen würde. Ein Beispiel für eine korrekte Frage ist: „Gibt es in Familien eine Tora?“. Diese Frage wurde mit „Nein“ beantwortet, weil eine Tora ca. 15000 Euro kostet, oder je nach Größe auch mehr. Den Schülern wurde dann auf spielerisch/entdeckender Weise das Judentum nähergebracht, dies geschah auf pädagogisch wertvollem Wegen, wie dem Singen/Tanzen jüdischer Tänze und Lieder, dem Schreiben des eigenen Namens in hebräischer Schrift, dem Entdecken des Pessach-Festes und dem Basteln des jüdischen Tempels. Ich denke, dass diese Formen der Lehrinhaltevermittlung sehr fruchtbar sind, weil die Schüler sich auch innerlich mit dem Thema auseinandersetzen mussten, und die Sinne der Schüler beim Lernen angesprochen wurden. Beim Tanzen und Singen geschah dies vor allem über die Bewegungsseite. Besonders beliebt war das Basteln, dabei waren die Schüler sehr ruhig und wollten es unbedingt in der Zeit schaffen, den Tempel in Partnerarbeit zu „erbauen“. Es hat ihnen sichtlich Spaß gemacht. Die Unruhe im Klassenraum war spürbar geringer, als beim Tanzen oder Chanukka. Ich selbst habe an den Workshops „Tanzen und Singen“ und „Basteln“ teilgenommen (also beobachtend, anleitend, korrigierend, leitend). Den Workshop „Chanukka“ habe ich selbst geleitet. Dabei ging es darum, den Schülern der Klassen 7-8 nahezubringen, warum es dieses Fest überhaupt gibt, was es bedeutet und wie es gefeiert wird. Nun, es wird gefeiert aufgrund der Opferbereitschaft einiger jüdischer Kinder, die die Einwohner vor griechischen Eroberern 165 v. Chr. gewarnt haben.
