The book did an excellent job of describing the varius currents in a river or stream and how they effect a trout's habits and how they effect your presentation of a fly to the fish. This book will certainly increase your skill at fly fishing.

Great book

The author does a great job of explaining the intricacies and importance of understanding what effect toes of current have on fish feeding patterns. I would strongly recommend this to all types of fishermen wanting to produce more fish by understanding what causes fish to feed, where they feed and how best to use that to their advantage.

This is a good book and makes you think a lot more when you are fishing. I attended Jason Randall"s presentation at the Denver Fly Fishing Show in January and his talked convinced me to buy his book. He also recommend buying Dynamic Nymphing. Using these two books will greatly enhance your knowledge about fly fishing.
